1. Services

I provide herbal medicine consultations, nutritional advice, reflexology, and related therapies. These are complementary healthcare services and do not replace medical advice or emergency care.

2. Bookings & Cancellations

  • Consultations must be booked in advance.

  • Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice; otherwise, a fee applies.

  • Clients under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

3. Payment

Payment details will be provided at the time of booking.

4. Remedies & Products

Herbal remedies are prescribed following consultation. As they are custom-made, remedies cannot be returned or refunded.

5. Liability

While I aim to provide safe and professional services, outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Clients remain responsible for their own health decisions. Always consult your GP for medical advice or emergencies.
